Create experiences that mean something.
For NoviaQuest, technology is never the point. It should help people discover better, understand better, take part more — and feel more connected to a place, a subject or a group.
Every experience is designed to be useful before it is spectacular.

What guides every NoviaQuest project.
01 · The real first
Technology should reveal, not replace.
A place, a team, an artwork, a landscape or a craft already exists. Our role is to help the public look at it, understand it or live it better.
Reveal · Observe · Understand
02 · Usefulness before effect
Every interaction must have a reason to exist.
AR, 3D, mini-games, content or data are only included when they genuinely serve the experience, the message or the goal of the project.
Useful · Fluid · Relevant
03 · Convey by letting people live
A different way of discovering.
We prefer putting audiences in a position to observe, search, choose or interact, rather than simply delivering more information to them.
Discovery · Mediation · Learning
04 · Make people take part
Turn the audience into an actor.
Visitor, colleague, student, attendee or athlete: everyone can take an active role in the experience instead of remaining a spectator.
Participation · Cooperation · Engagement
05 · Create connection
Bring together people, places and what surrounds them.
An experience can build bridges between audiences, teams, partners, local players, services, content or initiatives.
City Tour Game Nice illustrates this logic by combining city discovery, local content, local addresses and engagement around local causes.
Collective · Ecosystem · Local roots
Impact doesn't take a single form.
Depending on the project, a NoviaQuest experience can contribute to different goals. The impact sought is defined with the client, based on the place, the audiences and the context.
01
Convey better
Help an audience better understand a place, a story, a craft, a rule, a profession or an issue.
02
Connect better
Create more interactions between the people, spaces and players that make up an experience.
03
Highlight better
Bring visibility to what is less seen: a space, a service, a player, content, a craft or an initiative.
04
Make people want to act
When the project provides for it, the experience can also help raise awareness, make people choose, contribute or take part around a concrete issue.
Impact starts with an experience the audience genuinely wants to live.
The same values. Different impacts.
Goals change with contexts. The logic stays the same: use the experience to convey, connect and engage better.
Destinations & tourist offices
Spread discovery more evenly and give more visibility to a territory's heritage, districts and local players.
Tourist accommodation
Create more connection between the property, its services, its surroundings and the experiences offered to guests.
Discovery mobility
Give more meaning to movement through the landscapes, places and crafts encountered along the way.
Visitor venues, culture & heritage
Help audiences better observe, understand and make their own what a place wants to convey.
Companies
Make messages, values, training or commitments lived rather than simply broadcast.
Events
Create more participation and connection between attendees, content, exhibitors and partners.
Sport & active leisure
Combine practice, discovery, challenge and awareness when the site or activity lends itself to it.
Education & campus
Turn real spaces into supports for discovery, onboarding, learning and engagement.
From awareness to participation.
ImpactQuest is an optional module that adds an engagement dimension directly into the experience.
Depending on the project, the participant can discover an issue, access content, express a choice, vote or contribute to an action planned by the organiser.
ImpactQuest doesn't decide which cause to defend: it gives the project one more way to let people discover, choose or take part.
Examples of use
There is not necessarily a “right answer”: the project and the organiser define the topic, the content, the type of participation and what is done with the results.
Impact doesn't start with a module.
It can already be present in the way a journey is designed, a place is highlighted, content is conveyed, cooperation is created or visibility is given to a player.
The way we create matters too.
Useful technology
Don't add digital just to produce a spectacular effect.
Respect for the place
Design the experience from what already exists, rather than hiding it behind the screen.
Care for audiences
Favour readable interfaces, simple usage and experiences adapted to the context.
Controlled data
Limit collection to the purposes defined by the project and the applicable framework.
Evolvability
Allow content and experiences to evolve, depending on the chosen creation level, rather than systematically rebuilding a whole new setup.
Our technology should fade behind what people live.
What impact do you wantto give your experience?
Transmission, engagement, cooperation, highlighting a place or raising awareness of an issue: let's define together what your experience should genuinely bring to your audiences.
